LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
3D Printed Products
Due to the nature of 3D printing, each item may have small variations in surface finish, color, or texture. These are not considered defects and are part of what makes each item one-of-a-kind. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued based on these characteristics.
